Classic oil-water separators based on the principle of gravity separation can hardly be improved in terms of process technology. So, as condensate technology experts with decades of experience, we have paid special attention to the people who work with the product. What is important to them, what drives them and how can we give them the highest degree of decision-making reliability and flexibility while integrating the requirements of modern industry? As a result, we present the QWIK-PURE ⓡ, the first active oil-water separator with which we have fundamentally redefined condensate treatment and will change it worldwide.

[Clean:Ergonomic operation protects operators]
The absorbed oils are bound in the hermetically sealed cartridges. This reliably protects the operators from contamination and complies with the limit values for the discharged waste water - regardless of the compressor type and the oils used. The full cartridges can be replaced ergonomically and weigh less than 25kg.
[Integrated monitoring saves resources]
The integrated monitoring optimally utilises the cartridges. This means that no capacity and valuable resources are wasted. This alone more than compensates for the minimum energy consumed.
[Modular]
QWIK-PURE ⓡ simply grows with you Each QWIK-PURE ⓡ model can be easily expanded or scaled down according to current needs. This creates decision-making reliability and additional safety. And because exactly the same cartridge is used in all models, procurement and stock-keeping become even easier
[Safe: Unique process, functional and future-proof]
Due to the innovative mode of operation, a maximum of process and functional reliability is achieved. The integrated control system permanently displays the remaining capacity and thus ensures transparency and plannability. It also guides you through the quick and easy cartridge change and helps with service tasks via a local WLAN network. And if the power should fail, the fail-safe function ensures safe operation. In this case, the QWIK-PURE ⓡ behaves like a conventional gravity separator.
[Extremely flexible and future-proof]
The integrated Modbus interface enables integration into higher-level monitoring and control systems and provides additional future-proofing thanks to its IIOT capability.

Functionality
of the QWIK-PURE ⓡ
While conventional oil-water separators work according to the gravity principle where condensate seeps through the filter medium, with the QWIK-PURE ⓡ the condensate is actively forced through the pre-filter and main filter with light blasts of compressed air. The cartridge is permanently filled with liquid, so nothing can dry out and form impermeable boundary layers. On the other hand, there are hardly any problematic cultures left with which operators or service personnel could come into contact.
The integrated FRC control reliably indicates the current remaining capacity of the cartridges, monitors the system and automatically controls condensate separation. This means that even temporarily increased amounts of condensate can be safely processed. And if there are problems, measures are initiated independently or an alarm is triggered. In this case or in the event of a power failure, the QWIK-PURE ⓡ continues to operate in fail-safe mode like a conventional gravity separator.

Ergonomically designed When developing the cartridges, we primarily thought about the users: The inlet tube was designed as a handy and stable handle so that the cartridge can be easily transported and mounted. Thanks to the controlled drainage, even a fully saturated cartridge weighs less than 25kg.
Clean cartridge change A reliable closing valve is integrated in the base so that nothing drips onto the floor after changing the cartridge. The blind plugs supplied for the upper openings ensure that no liquids can escape there either.
Consistently hygienic Due to the hermetically sealed design, neither users nor service personnel come into contact with the absorbed substances inside. Everything that has been bound in the pre-filter and main filter reliably remains here and does not contaminate people in the vicinity or the discharged processed condensate.
Sustainable, efficient and user-friendly
Active separation means saving! The active separation of the condensate costs some compressed air and electricity. But at the same time, the cartridges are utilised much more efficiently and reliably, raw materials, energy and costs can be saved. Plannable and quick service calls as well as simple stock-keeping are further saving factors that contribute to an attractive Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
